During FSDMoç Annual Publication event, FSDMoç in partnership with The Digital Frontiers Institute (DFI) had specialist Barney De Jongh shared his years of experience, to highlight the challenges and opportunities for inclusive digital financial solutions.

“The good news is that globally and in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) great progress has been made to get access to finance for the financially excluded. In SSA, those with access to some sort of account have increased from 24% in 2011 to 34% in 2014 and in Mozambique from 22% in 2009 to 40% in 2014.” Barney De Jongh – Mobile Money Practitioner, Digital Frontiers Institute
